All charges are insclusive but we ask you to bring your own bed linen and towels, thanks. Cleaning service is also included in these fares. We can offer a bed linen rental service (double bed: 15€ / single bed: 10€)
Rental period is generally from Saturday to Saturday, but open to negotiation.
Long term and week-end lets are also possible, special rates can be offered.

To A 25% deposit is required to secure the reservation, whith full payment required four weeks before arrival. There is a refundable security deposit of €400 to be apaid on arrival.
