Béarn is a magnificient region which becomes absolutely stunning in winter. Who has never dreamt of a white Chritmas? And indeed, sometimes we're lucky enough to see the snow cover all the fields and mountains around, magical! Located just 45mi from the snow peaks (La Pierre Saint Martin /1h10 from Gourette), our gites allow the thrills seakers to try the challenging slopes of the nearby resorts while others can enjoy cosy moments by the fireplace, discover typical villages such as Aydius or wander around the quaint little streets of Oloron.
